Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on organization activity and your notification preferences. You may receive up to several messages per week during active periods. You can adjust or disable SMS notifications at any time through your profile settings or by replying STOP to any message.

Rates & Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. Rec-Safe does not charge separately for SMS notifications. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. To request help, reply HELP. You may also opt out through your profile settings page.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate our platform
  • Send you communications related to your membership and account activity
  • Process billing and invoices
